Follow the steps below to download the Microsoft SQL Server.
Go to the SQL Server download here.
Download the SQL Server installer.
Run the installer and setup the SQL server by following the steps in the video below.
This video assumes that you are installing the developer edition. You can also use the steps for the express edition but make sure that you choose such at the start of the setup.
Now once you setup the SQL Server 2022, you have to also use the SQL Server management studio. This setup would make sure that you have database admin tool in hand for you to do the work.
Once you finish installing and setting up both, you'd have the SQL Server management studio here.
After installing both the SQL Server and management studio, you can access the server by connecting it with your windows account.
